SIWE Rechtsanwälte is a law firm with a focus on civil and commercial law. Our clients include small to medium-sized enterprises but also individually-owned firms, organisations, municipalities and private persons. We represent our clients nationwide and in some areas even internationally. We provide for English speaking legal counselling.

Our law firm was founded by Martin Sinzger and Susanne Laura Sinzger-Wegerhoff in 2001 and currently consists of seven attorneys-at-law (Rechtsanwälte). Contract law, Commercial law, Corporate law, IT law, Trademark law, Copyright law, Competition law, Tax law, the law regarding Fiscal Offences as well as Labour law are part of our core competences.

Furthermore we focus on Insurance law, Medical law, the law of Transportation, International law, Administrative law, Family law, the law of Succession as well as general Civil law.

Our lawyers have earned specialised degrees in the following areas: Corporate and Commercial law, Tax law, Copyright law, Competition law, Labour law, Medical law and Familiy law.

We consider ourselves to be the provider of services supporting our clients with comprehensive legal counseling, systematic development of strategic concepts and solutions as well as legal representation in and out of court. We provide for optimal counseling by specialized attorneys. In order to ensure such overall legal support, our attorneys work in teams where necessary.
