SIWE Rechtsanwälte is a law firm specialized in nationwide legal counseling and representation of mid-size companies.

Our law firm was founded by Martin Sinzger and Susanne Laura Sinzger-Wegerhoff in 2001 and currently consists of six attorneys-at-law (Rechtsanwälte). Contract law, Commercial law, Corporate law, IT law, Trademark law, Copyright law, Competition law as well as Tax law and the law regarding Fiscal Offences are part of our core competences.

Furthermore we have an emphasis on Labour law, Insurance law, Medical law, the law of Transportation, International law, Administrative law, Family law, the law of Succession as well as general Civil law.

We do not only consider ourselves to be your personal point of contact in case of arising disputes but also as the ones helping you to avoid disputes in all commercial matters. We can stand by your side as reliable advisors as early as in the start-up phase of your company. We take on the day to day legal counseling for your company, i.e. we review and draft your contracts and General Terms and Conditions, we advise and counsel you in case of disputes with business partners or clients and help you to enforce your claims with defaulting debtors. Moreover, we represent you in all litigation, nationwide.

Closely cooperating with Leidel Puchinger & Partner, a Certified Public Accountant and Tax Advisor firm in Regen, we can offer you one-stop interdisciplinary services. This includes counseling on public funding and/or subsidies for both business start-ups and established undertakings.
